Within 30 days of delivery, you can return regular-priced items for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition. Initiate the return process by contacting us at sidrasdesign@gmail.com. Your refund will be processed upon the return's arrival at our warehouse. All returns will be inspected for damages or issues, so ensure proper packaging for safe transport.
In the rare event of items arriving in less than perfect condition, inform us immediately with an email including images within 24 hours at sidrasdesign@gmail.com. Our Customer Care Team will respond within 48 hours to assist with exchanges for defective or damaged items.
From the day your order arrives, SIDRA offers a 1-year warranty for manufacturing or workmanship imperfections. Exclusions to the warranty include regular wear and tear, defects from misuse, accidents, modifications, or natural disasters. The warranty covers all items except 'Final Sale' and 'Open Box' items. Final Sale items are not exchangeable or refundable. Our warranty is non-transferable and doesn't extend to resale, second-hand, final sale, or floor model pieces. It also doesn't apply to products used for commercial purposes unless specified as commercial grade.
